or Teddybear as he is known, came into my home when he was three months old. My friends Norma and Jack Engel of WarmWinds Shetland Sheepdogs placed Teddy's career into my hands. He immediately became my constant companion, or as I call him, my "armpit" dog. He was easy to train and eager to please me.

Teddy started his career with Cheryl Willacker grooming him and Mary MacDonald handling (Royal Marchwind Shetland Sheepdogs). At his first show he earned a three point specialty major. Mary put a total of 6 points on him which included the specialty win and a Best of Breed.

Kathy Dziegel (Kylene Shetland Sheepdogs) helped him earn two more points, which brought his total to 8 points.

Judy Stachowski (Heartsong Shelties) finished Teddy with two more 3 point majors and a Best of Opposite Sex over specials (dogs already champions). All this was done in 9 months with limited showing.

Teddy and I have worked for a while on "our" agility skills. Alas, I have a difficult time with it. My good friend Debbie Canderelli is going to run Teddy for me and put his agility titles on him.


In the few litters that Teddy has had, he has passed on his wonderful temperament to his babies, his drive, as well as his beautiful head details, and body. His "type" comes from his dad Jigger, BISS Ch. Foxglove Ashbourton Bottoms Up ROM (Foxglove Shetland Sheepdogs) . He seems to be passing this on.

Check out his first born son, Kody (Kodybear), Sunspun Private Stock ( He has 14 points with a 4 points specialty major.

Teddy 15 3/4 inches tall, tri-factored, non-white factored. His sire was a size controller and Teddy seems to be also controlling size. His test results are:

**NEWS**

• AGILITY-FRI. JAN. 1st, 2010- Teddybear and I earned his Open Standard Title  (OA) in Agility with a FIRST PLACE and a score or 100/100 points. He is now Ch. U-Ch. Warmwinds Burbon d'Bear OA OAJ CGC.

• AGILITY-And on Sunday, January 25, 2009 Teddybear earned his third Open Jumpers with Weaves leg to earn his OPEN TITLE (OAJ).

• AGILITY-On Saturday, January 24, 2009 Teddybear earned his first leg in Open Standard with a first place. 

• AGILITY-On Thursday and Saturday, January 1&3, 2009, Teddybear earned his first and second leg in Open Jumpers With Weaves at the Tailwaggers Agility Trials in West Palm Beach. Teddy is still being handled by my friend Debbie Canderellie. They make a great team.

• AGILITY-Sunday, October 12, 2008 Being handled by my friend Debbie Canderelli, Teddybear earned his third leg in Agility-Novice Standard and EARNED HIS NA TITLE with a first place.
  

• AGILITY- Saturday, October 11, 2008 Teddybear earned his second leg in Novice Agility Standard with a second place.  He earned his FIRST AGILITY TITLE, Novice Jumpers with weaves (NAJ) with a second place. As of tomorrow, he will now be competing in Open B for his Jumpers title.

• AGILITY-Saturday, August 16, 2008 Teddybear earned his second leg in Novice Jumpers With Weaves with a second place and his first leg in Novice Standard  with a second place at the Tailwaggers Agility Club of South Florida trial.

• AGILITY-Friday, August 15, 2008, Teddybear earned his first leg in Jumpers With Weaves at Tailwaggers Agility Club of South Florida. He was handled by my good friend, Debbie Canderelli. They took fourth place. Debbie and Teddy are still getting used to practicing and trialing together. They will soon be a super team. • CONFORMATION-On Saturday, March 15, Teddybear, Ch. U-Ch. WarmWinds Bourbon d'Bear and I won Best of Breed in Judge Lydia Hutchinson's ring and then OUR FIRST GROUP win, a GROUP 4 in Judge John T. Connolly's ring.
  
  
• CONFORMATION-On Sunday, March 16, we won Best Of Breed in Judge John T. Connolly's ring and ANOTHER GROUP 4 in Judge Lydia Hutchinson's ring.
