**CH. U-CH WARMWINDS BOURBON D'BEAR CGC **

or Teddybear as he is known, came into my home when he was three months old. My friends Norma and Jack Engel of WarmWinds Shetland Sheepdogs placed Teddy's career into my hands. He immediately became my constant companion. or as I call him, my "armpit" dog. He was easy to train and eager to please me.

Teddy started his career with Cheryl Willacker grooming him and Mary MacDonald handling (Royal Marchwind Shetland Sheepdogs). At his first show he earned a three point specialty major. Mary put a total of 6 points on him which included the specialty win and a Best of Breed.

Kathy Dziegel (Kylene Shetland Sheepdogs) helped him earn two more points, which brought his total to 8 points.

Judy Stachowski (Heartsong Shelties) finished Teddy with two more 3 point majors and a Best of Opposite Sex over specials (dogs already champions). All this was done in 9 months with limited showing.

Teddy and I have been working on "our" agility titles. We are still working in classes to refine mom's handling skills. Once we get on our way we will start to work on our obedience/rally titles.

In the few litters that Teddy has had, he has passed on his wonderful temperament to his babies, his drive, as well as his beautiful head details, and body. His "type" comes from his dad Jigger, BISS Ch. Foxglove Ashbourton Bottoms Up (Foxglove Shetland Sheepdogs) . He seems to be passing this on.

Check out his first born son, Kody (Kodybear), Sunspun Private Stock ( He is minored out. I am waiting on his big boy coat before I try to get his majors.)

Teddy 15 7/8 inches tall, tri-factored, non-white factored. His sire was a size controller and Teddy seems to be also controlling size. His test results are:
1.OFA Good (hips)
2.Cerf normal ( a couple of eyelashes)
3.OPTIGEN normal (DNA cleared of major eye diseases)
4.Vwd Normal (Von Willebrands Disease-bleeding disorder)
5.Thyroid normal

**NEWS**

On Saturday, March 15, Teddybear, Ch. U-Ch. WarmWinds Bourbon d'Bear and I won Best of Breed in Judge Lydia Hutchinson's ring and then OUR FIRST GROUP win, a GROUP 4 in Judge John T. Connolly's ring.

On Sunday, March 16, we won Best Of Breed in Judge John T. Connolly's ring and ANOTHER GROUP 4 in Judge Lydia Hutchinson's ring.

Teddybear is not "Specialed" too often.
So when I take him in the ring, I am very pleased when the judges appreciate him and award him with BOB.

Judge Kim Schive awarded Teddy a 3 point major specialty win. Mary MacDonald handled Teddy.	Mary MacDonald handled Teddy to WD/BOB in Judge Bernadetta F. Biasi's ring at the Greater Ocala DC Inc Show on November 13, 2004.
Judy Stachowski helped Teddy earn his second 3 point major in Judge Mildred Millie L. Meyers ring at the Greater Venice Florida DC Inc. on July 10, 2005	Judy Stachowski helped Teddy win his third three point major in Judge June A Pentas ring at the Greater Fort Myers DC on May 22, 2005.
To our delight, Teddy took a BOPs over specials to earn his last two points to earn his Championship in Judge Robert J. Moores ring at the Palm Beach County Dog Fanciers Association dog show on July 17, 2005	BOB as a Special in Judge Jane G Kay's ring at the Greater Fort Meyer DC show on May 21, 2006.
On March 19, 2006, Teddybear was awarded BOB by Judge Mrs. Monica Canestrini at the Fort Lauderdale Dog Club Show.	Judge Amy Safdir awarded Teddy BOB at the Boca Raton DC Show on February 23, 2008, It was HOT!.
